SUBARU IMPREZA WRX-1/10 DRIFT

Introduced on March 1, 1993, the Impreza was offered in either front-wheel drive(FWD) or all-wheel drive(AWD) versions and as a four-door sedan or five-door hatchback. According to a Motor Trend article written in March 1992 on page 26, the Impreza was initially to be called the Loyale. The Impreza, like many Subaru-built cars, was equipped with a flat engine, a distinguishing Subaru characteristic.
This is my version of the distinguished Subaru Impreza WRX :-)
 200mm HARD BODY
1/10 CHASSIS WITH A FEW ALUMINUM UPGRADES!!!
NO BODY POSTS :-)
UPGRADED FRONT AND REAR OIL-FILLED SHOCKS
UPGRADED ALUMINUM ACKERMAN PLATE
UPGRADED ALUMINUM SERVO SAVER
UPGRADED ALUMINUM FRONT AND REAR WHEEL HUBS
UPGRADED ALUMINUM REAR SHOCK TOWER
UPGRADED HIGH TORQUE METAL GEAR SERVO
UPGRADED 10 TURN, 3930KV BRUSHLESS MOTOR!!!
UPGRADED ALUMINUM 3MM NUTS
UPGRADED METAL BEARINGS
12 SPOKE, BLUE AND SILVER POLISHED DRIFT WHEELS
UPGRADED 12MM WHEEL HEX AND 4MM LUG NUTS!

IT'S UNFINISHED :-(. I JUST GOT THE CHASSIS FROM MY BOI IN NORTH CAROLINA. IT WAS IN GREAT SHAPE AND IT IS THE SAME BRAND OF RC I PREFER. I HAD SOME ALUMINUM PARTS LEFT OVER FROM MY OTHER CHASSIS PROJECTS, SO I DECIDED TO UPGRADE THIS ONE AS WELL. I ALMOST HAD ENOUGH TO COMPLETE IT WITH ALUMINUM PARTS, BUT THERE ARE A FEW MORE I NEED TO BUY. I ALSO HAVE TO GET A RECEIVER, TRANSMITTER, ESC AND BATTERY. SO THIS MOST LIKELY WILL BE MY PERSONAL DRIFT CAR, ONLY BECAUSE IT WILL TAKE A WHILE FOR ME TO COMPLETE IT. YOU KNOW I HAVE MY CRAWLER TO COMPLETE FIRST :-). A FRIEND OF MINE RECENTLY TOLD ME SOMETHING HE THOUGHT I SHOULD HEAR. HE SAID THAT I COLLECT TO MUCH AND I HAVE TO MANY PROJECTS GOING ON AT ONCE. I TOLD HIM IT'S ONLY BECAUSE I LOVE THE SPORT, LOL. THE SPORT OF RC :-). SO STAY TUNED AND KEEP THE RC  HOBBY ALIVE :-)

1/10 SCALE-VERY DETAILED-H2 HUMMER CRAWLER BODY-YELLOW

This is the Hummer body I mentioned in the VW Bug post. I am going to mount this on the Duratrax Baja Bug chassis, until I get everything for my Axial SCX10. This body is detailed with everything from the wipers to the trailer hitch, from the light guards to the door handles. And 95% of everything can be unscrewed or unglued for that professional paint job :-). It weighs only .60kg (lb 6oz). The Duratrax VW Baja Bug body weighs .15kg (6oz). So it does weigh more than the average lexan truck body, but it is so much more durable. I have some of the most important extras to me. Such as the lights, winch and motor. The ESC is on the way. And most of the extra like the wood bundle, bungee cords, bed rolls, etc…, I am going the DYI route. At least on whatever i can :-). So enjoy the pics and keep remember to keep the hobby alive, DUECES!
